I’m Brittney and I launched Nichols St. Consulting as a vehicle to provide support to organizations as they strive to clarify their values, then align their work to those values. I help people connect their work to their purpose.

I came to this work after 15 years of experience working in nonprofits and social enterprises, including 7 years as a strategy consultant at Strategy Matters. Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in meeting design and facilitation, coaching, and organizational development. Over the years, I’ve consulted to over 50 organizations across sectors and in different stages of development. I bring the benefit of that wisdom, in addition to training in a multitude of facilitation and organizational change frameworks, to all of my projects.
